GOOD SH*T HAPPENS WHEN YOU STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

Because often, when you look your fears in the eye, you will realise that they are nowhere near as scary as you have built them up to be.

Squaring up to – and taking on – your fears can empower you to do the thing(s) that the limitations of fear can impose on you.

By learning to…

Recognise irrational fears (like the fear of the unknown, of failure, of rejection)

Refuse to be pinned down by them

Reframing them and viewing them as challenges to be overcome rather than barriers preventing you from moving forwards

…you will able to step out of your comfort zone with confidence and become the unstoppable force you have it in you to be.

There is never a perfect time to start the thing. Bur there is a right time. And that time is now.

Don’t let procrastination (otherwise known as fear – the master of disguise) get in the way of you starting the thing. Start the thing.
